About the Position:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, to ensure timely staffing and a strong talent pipeline.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our organization's hiring needs and develop effective strategies to meet them.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, employees, and external partners, to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Identify and attract top talent for our organization through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  3. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline, leveraging best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
  5. Implement best practices in recruitment, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  6. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field or an MBA/PGDM in any specialization.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling critical positions and developing talent pipelines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
