Job Title: Site Operations Manager

The Field Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating between Area Executives, employees, and customers. They will be present at the reporting place of examiners to take feedback of the previous day and plan the daily schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with Area Executives, employees and customers.
  • Be present at the reporting place of examiners to take feedback of the previous day and plan the daily schedule.
  • Carry out annual equipment survey.
  • Plan for repair schedules as a preventive measure.
  • Carry out NIS before taking over new construction and modernization jobs.
  • Estimate other than prescribed work.
  • Conduct toolbox talks with employees.
  • Make employees continuously aware about safe work practices.
  • Fatality Preventive Audits/ Toolbox Demonstrations.
  • Prepare quarterly review reports.
  • Make T-orders.
  • Monitor how to reduce call-backs, especially on top ten calls received.
  • Inspect or re-inspect to see progress of work. Random Check for Quality.
  • Manpower allotment on a day-to-day basis based on call-backs received.
  • Adhere to EH&S policies and practices.
Commercial Responsibilities
  • Meet clients regularly for rapport development.
  • Communicate with examiners on a regular basis, take care of their problems and create confidence amongst them.
  • Correspond with clients for renewal of contracts and quotations for PA settlements.
  • Two months prior to the expiry of free service contract dates, inspect elevators.
  • Negotiate with clients for price fixation of contracts & T-orders.
  • Handle effective conversions when necessary.
  • Lead teams to complete given tasks and facilitate them if needed.
  • Check opportunities for potential T-business.
  • Make efforts for acquisition and recoveries & achieving targets.
  • Follow up invoices/payments.
  • Update necessary conversion/recovery cancellations into systems.
  • Review Net O/P payments regularly.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Create safety awareness and ensure our employees are working safely.
  • Ensure zero accidents/incidents.
  • Ensure incident reporting.
  • Actively participate in RQC and Safety meetings to review issues and progress.
  • Ensure that issues identified in the Risk Assessment (JHA) process are mitigated or controlled according to assigned responsibilities and schedules.
  • Conduct EH&S inspections/audits as per assigned quotas and ensure completion of corrective actions within targeted completion dates.
  • To conduct FPA and complete corrective actions within targeted completion dates.
  • Participate in Incident Investigations.
