Your role will encompass and not be limited to:

  • Guiding, grooming, developing and supporting the site manpower team as and when required to ensure they are enabled to face challenges.
  • Formulating suitable controls for service deliverance and monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) for effective management.
  • Maintaining agreements with stakeholders and ensuring performance indicator scores remain above excellence.
  • Ensuring timely renewals of agreements, submission of invoices and follow-ups for payments.
  • Overseeing vendor quotations and invoices to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensuring proper signoffs for attendance and details for cost sheet submission.
  • Timely submission of client approved cost sheets to the office and following up for invoice generation.
  • Accuracy of billing information is ensured at all times.
  • Manpower planning for the site involves playing a major role in their hiring process.
  • Daily site rounds are conducted to ensure maintenance of structures/buildings and services are carried out properly.
  • Proper teamwork is ensured for all facilities.
  • Client SPOC is assisted in creating annual budgets for site operations and formulating strategies for effective management.
  • Data updation (hard and soft copy), emails and client files are reviewed to ensure accuracy.
  • OCCUPANT queries are dealt with verbally/written communication.
  • A robust complaint management process is put in place and followed meticulously.
  • Occupants and authorities are communicated/circulated on operational complications.
  • Health and life safety regulations/manuals are adhered to on site.
  • Risk assessment recommendations are implemented/enforced for compliance.
  • Business continuity plans are created.
  • Emergency maintenance matters are resolved with urgency.
  • An exemplary relationship management is maintained with projects, consultants, contractors, govt. agencies/authorities for ease/smooth operations/maintenance of the property.
  • Daily Management Reports (DMRs) and Monthly Management Reports (MMRs) are submitted regularly.
  • The As-built drawings and transition document library are coordinated/mainained.
  • Regional RO/HO/SME/training teams are worked closely with to ensure report closures.
  • Services under the slogan 'No Safety No Work' are facilitated.
