Key Responsibilities:

  • ">Soft Service Operations Manager
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to manage soft services, including cleaning, catering, security, reception, mail services, and landscaping.
  • Oversight of service providers and contractors to ensure they meet quality standards and contractual obligations.
  • Regular inspections and audits to maintain service quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Budget management for soft services and identification of cost-saving opportunities.
  • Timely resolution of customer inquiries and complaints related to soft services.
  • Development and maintenance of positive relationships with clients, tenants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Implementation and monitoring of health and safety protocols within soft service operations.
  • Seamless integration of soft services with overall facility management through coordination with other departments.
  • Preparation and presentation of regular reports on service performance, costs, and improvement initiatives.

">Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in soft services management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of soft service operations, including cleaning, catering, security, and reception services.
  • Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Proven experience in contract management and vendor relations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
  • Data analysis and insightful report generation.
  • Customer service-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
