Job Title: Site Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Guidance and Development: Enhance efficiency through innovation and technology, guide and develop your team members, and formulate budgeting controls to ensure effective service deliverance.
  • Budget Formulation and Monitoring: Develop suitable budgeting controls, monitor SLAs, KPIs for JLL and outsourced agencies, and maintain service level agreements above excellence.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee all vendor quotations and invoices, ensure proper signoffs for attendance and required details for cost sheet submission.
  • Daily Site Rounds: Conduct daily site rounds to ensure proper maintenance of all structures, building facilities, and services are carried out.
  • Client Support: Assist client SPOC in creating the annual budget for site operations and formulating strategies for effective management.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be responsible for reviewing and updating data, hard and soft copy, emails, client files, dealing with occupants' queries in verbal and written form, and communicating and circulating information to occupants, authorities on operational complications.

Requirements:
  • A degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Marine Engineering, or equivalent, with a minimum of 7-8 years of work experience in Facility Industry, Real Estate, Hotel, or Construction Industry.
  • Residential sites candidates with residential experience will be preferred.
