Technical Project Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our project teams in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of projects within agreed timelines and estimated costs.

Your key responsibilities will include tracking implementations across clients, ensuring delivery in coordination with the technology team, highlighting risks in the project, managing the QA process, and coaching, mentoring, motivating, and supervising the project team.

To succeed in this role, you will need sound technical skills in application development and application security, as well as program management skills for Agile SDLC. You should also have a good understanding of Jira and Confluence tools, as well as experience in customer management and people management.

You will work closely with technical architects and developers, and understand the terminology and concepts. Your ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of SAAS product development and its technology stacks, as well as fundamental knowledge of all aspects of programming. Experience with enterprise products and the banking and finance domain is desirable.
