Project Manager Opportunity

As a Project Manager at Inspiron Labs, you will lead high-impact projects from initiation to closure. Your technical understanding and strategic execution skills will ensure seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, driving planning, scope, timelines, risk management, and resource allocation.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, aligning delivery with client expectations.
  • Act as the primary client interface, handling communication, escalations, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, DevOps, and design teams for smooth execution.
  • Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies and track project KPIs using tools like JIRA/Confluence.
  • Ensure compliance with quality gates, SLAs, and governance models.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in delivering software development/product engineering projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, Asana, or similar).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
