We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Delivery Lead to oversee the successful execution of multiple IT projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, engineers, and other technical staff.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships through regular communication and issue resolution.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations by implementing best practices and processes.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to proactively address issues that may impact project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) is desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, IT service delivery, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful project delivery in an IT services environment.
