About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the technical delivery of our customer projects.

  • Accountable for the timely and quality delivery of projects, including their operations and maintenance.
  • Ensure that assigned engineers maintain up-to-date records in tools like JIRA and adhere to software development best practices.
  • Organize and lead development meetings, such as stand-up meetings and retrospectives.
  • Drive architecture and designs to become simpler, more robust, and efficient.
  • Align project roadmaps with Product Owners by articulating technical challenges.
  • Determine talent development needs and hire contractors or build teams as required.

Key Requirements

  • 10-12 years of experience designing and developing software applications.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Java, Microservices, Spring, and Reactive programming.
  • DevOps mindset to ensure product maintainability.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or equivalent.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles and a passion for quality.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and manage engineer teams effectively.
  • Scrum or Kanban experience, as well as GIT and Jenkins expertise.
  • A proven track record of meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Excellent communication skills for various audiences.
  • Knowledge of customer deployment scenarios and experience dealing with peer teams outside engineering.
