We operate in the US time zone and are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager or Business Analyst to lead the end-user compute technical stream of Project Metropolis from initial planning through successful delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop an execution plan for the end-user computing component of Project Metropolis, ensuring a seamless transition for migrated employees.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders and end users to gather requirements, understand timelines, and develop a comprehensive plan.
  • Work with technical teams to establish end-user computing environments for Day 1 operations and beyond.
  • Establish and manage pilot schemes and testing, developing test plans and capturing success criteria.
  • Understand software requirements and associated user personas including security considerations.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, plans, process flows, technical specifications, and project status.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, RAG status, and milestones.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with end-user computing activities.
  • Ensure alignment with legal and compliance requirements throughout the project.
