Lead Agile Teams for Tomorrow's Solutions

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams from initial concept to deployment. Your goal is to meet complex program goals for product performance, quality, regulatory compliance requirements, cost, schedule, and development.

You will drive execution of solutions inclusive of concept definition, requirements validation, architecture, specification, and governance compliance to our Application Lifecycle Management framework.

  • Translate customer problems into solution requirements.
  • Lead scaled Agile cross-functional innovation teams.
  • Contribute to and promote the development of agile skillset and capabilities within your organization.
  • Execute multiple limited scope projects simultaneously or large programs utilizing modern project management methodologies.
  • Organize and lead scrum teams as an agile Scrum Master (SM) or a Release Train Engineer (RTE).
  • Lead system integration planning, release management, and planning for demonstrations, proof of concepts, and pilots.
  • Create cross-functional workstreams and drive execution for sales enablement, development, and deployment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • BS Electrical Engineering or Computer Science degree or related technical BS degree; MS preferred.
  • 5-8 years engineering program management and Scrum Master experience for products in fast-paced environments.
  • Intermediate to advanced leadership and analytical skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced written and oral communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and questioning skills.
  • Experience leading medium cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, manages risks, and thrives in an environment of uncertainty and continuous innovation.
