Lead Technical Manager for SAP ABAP Projects

Are you an experienced professional with a strong background in SAP ABAP and leadership skills? Do you want to take on a challenging role that involves managing technical delivery, supporting practice growth, and driving employee engagement?

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Technical Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing technical delivery across SAP ABAP and S/4HANA projects, ensuring quality and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage technical delivery across SAP ABAP and S/4HANA projects, ensuring quality and timely execution.
  • Support practice growth through involvement in hiring plans, technical interviews, and onboarding initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align delivery goals with business strategy.
  • Contribute to training plans, resource upskilling, and performance reviews to foster team development.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention through mentoring, motivation, and career pathing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong hands-on experience in Core ABAP, RICEF, CDS Views, OData, Fiori/UI5, and S/4HANA.
  • Exposure to SAP BTP, Clean Core architecture, and side-by-side extensions.
  • Experience in resource planning, task allocation, and team mentoring.
  • Familiarity with SAP Joule and its role in intelligent automation.
  • Good understanding of SAP project lifecycle including technical migration and multi-country rollouts.
