Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage technical delivery across SAP ABAP and S/4HANA projects, ensuring quality and timely execution.
  • Support practice growth through involvement in hiring plans, technical interviews, and onboarding initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, recruitment, accounts) to align delivery goals with business strategy.
  • Contribute to training plans, resource upskilling, and performance reviews to foster team development.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention through mentoring, motivation, and career pathing.
  • Participate in building reusable tools and accelerators for SAP S/4HANA migration (Brownfield/Greenfield).
  • Engage in presales activities including technical deck preparation and client presentations.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives leveraging SAP BTP, Fiori/UI5, CDS Views, and Clean Core principles.
  • Contribute to SAP community events such as boot camps and TechEd planning.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in Core ABAP, RICEF, CDS Views, OData, Fiori/UI5, and S/4HANA.
  • Exposure to SAP BTP, Clean Core architecture, and side-by-side extensions.
  • Experience in resource planning, task allocation, and team mentoring.
  • Familiarity with SAP Joule and its role in intelligent automation.
  • Good understanding of SAP project lifecycle including technical migration and multi-country rollouts.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior involvement in presales, technical strategy, or practice development is a plus.
