Job Summary

  • We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead our projects and drive them to successful completion.

About the Role

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • They will be responsible for defining detailed project plans, coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • The Technical Project Manager will also be responsible for monitoring and controlling project costs, identifying and mitigating risks, and escalating issues to management as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and develop project plans that meet those needs.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned with the project objectives.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, and monitor progress against these plans.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to address potential issues.
  • Ensure that all project work is completed to the required quality standards, and that all deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • Possess a strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Be proficient in project management tools and techniques, including MS Project, Asana, and Jira.
  • Hold a PMP or equivalent certification, and have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
