As a technical expert, you will play a key role in delivering advanced support services for SailPoint IdentityIQ.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and expertise in L3 support, debugging, and root cause analysis.

They will also have knowledge of Java, BeanShell, XML, and SailPoint APIs, as well as experience with integration to target systems (Active Directory, Azure AD, databases, LDAP, web services, etc.).

A good understanding of IGA concepts (provisioning, workflows, certifications, access requests, lifecycle events) is essential, along with experience in custom connector development and application onboarding.

You will be able to work in a 24x7 support environment and handle P1/P2 incidents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Work on defect fixes, minor enhancements, and configuration updates.
  • Analyze logs and debug code to resolve complex issues.
  • Collaborate with development teams for customizations, workflows, and integration updates.
  • Manage connectors for various target systems.
  • Implement and manage SailPoint rules, tasks, and certifications.
  • Perform environment upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
  • Support onboarding of new applications and entitlement structures.
  • Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Expertise in L3 support, debugging, and root cause analysis.
  • Knowledge of Java, BeanShell, XML, and SailPoint APIs.
  • Experience with integration to target systems.
  • Good understanding of IGA concepts.
  • Experience in custom connector development and application onboarding.
  • Ability to work in a 24x7 support environment and handle P1/P2 incidents.
