
High-Level IT Support Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled High-Level IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the infrastructure and identifying potential issues before they impact our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor CPU, memory, hard disk size, log size, and other vital server parameters to ensure optimal system performance.
- Issue Identification and Resolution: Identify and report any performance issues on the servers to the relevant teams, taking prompt action to resolve them.
- Scheduled Task Management: Monitor scheduled tasks on the system and take corrective action if they fail.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Customer-Facing Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong understanding of technical support principles.
- IT Support Experience: Proven experience in managing either application or infrastructure support at L1 level for at least 3 years.
- IAM System Support: Experience with SailPoint or IAM system support is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear responses to customers within defined SLAs.
