Job Title: Workday Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Workday Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide functional and technical assistance to clients using the Workday platform.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide second- and third-level support for Workday users, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain Workday integrations and business processes.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and provide Workday solutions.
  • Assist with configuration changes, enhancements, and release management.
  • Conduct impact assessments for Workday updates and new functionality.
  • Develop and maintain documentation (knowledge base articles, process flows, support procedures).
  • Provide user training and guidance as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and audit requirements.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience working with Workday in a support or consulting capacity.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of at least two Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Finance, Absence, Time Tracking).
  • Experience supporting Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio).
  • Familiarity with Workday security, reporting, and calculated fields.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, along with a customer-centric approach.
  • Superior communication skills and ability to work effectively with remote teams.
  • Prior experience supporting Australian payroll and compliance is highly desirable.
