We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Valuations Expert. As an Associate Director, you will play a key role in supporting the valuations team and working with clients to deliver complex projects.

Job Description:

  • Participate in business valuation, equity valuation, financial reporting valuations like impairment testing, purchase price allocation, financial instrument valuation, regulatory valuations under FEMA, Companies Act, and IT regulations, Private Equity valuations.
  • Understand accounting standards relevant to valuations under Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP.
  • Design detailed project plans as per expected delivery milestones, plan resource allocation, and ensure delivery within target budgets and high delivery quality.
  • Conceptualize desired engagement solutions and train team members.
  • Manage day-to-day client interactions, provide daily updates to engagement leaders and partners.
  • Ensure financial analysis, comparable analysis, and market data are carried out as per engagement scope and expected deliverables.
  • Gather and analyze information from various sources relevant to the job, break down knowledge into manageable components, and provide options and recommendations to draw logical conclusions.

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines while working both independently and in a team environment
