Business Valuations Expert

We are seeking a Business Valuations Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking assignments related to business valuation, equity valuation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake assignments related to business valuation, equity valuation, and financial reporting, including impairment testing, purchase price allocation, financial instrument valuation, and regulatory valuations under FEMA, Companies Act, and IT regulations.
  • Understand the scope of work and provide clarity on project deliverables.
  • Apply knowledge of various Indian accounting standards relevant to valuations.
  • Effectively utilize databases like CapitalIQ, Thomson Reuters, EMIS, RoyaltyStats, and Venture Intelligence.

Requirements:

  • MBA from a top-tier B-School or CA designation.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a professional consultancy firm, preferably with prior experience in valuation analysis, financial modeling, and financial statement analysis.
