Job Description

As a key member of the valuation team, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis to value private equity and credit investments. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop and maintain accurate valuation models that adhere to accounting and audit guidelines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting industry research and analyzing portfolio companies to inform valuation decisions
  • Developing and maintaining complex valuation models that meet accounting and audit standards
  • Preparing detailed documentation of valuation methodologies and presenting findings to valuation committees
  • Collaborating with third-party auditors and valuation experts to ensure accuracy and transparency in valuation processes
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Master's degree in finance or equivalent field
  • 1-2 years of business valuations experience in private equity, debt, or investment banking
  • In-depth knowledge of equity, fixed income, and derivatives products
  • Strong analytical, research, and financial modeling skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
