About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in valuations, with experience in financial reporting valuations, equity valuations, business valuations, and regulatory valuations. They will also possess excellent analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A good understanding of accounting standards, including IFRS and US GAAP, is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing project teams to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on complex valuation issues.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and applying this knowledge to inform business decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in valuations, with experience in financial reporting valuations, equity valuations, business valuations, and regulatory valuations.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • A good understanding of accounting standards, including IFRS and US GAAP.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and cooperation.
