Upstream Asset Valuation Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Upstream Asset Valuation Specialist to join our team. As an integral member of the upstream division, you will be responsible for providing expert analysis and insights on oil and gas developments in the Indian subcontinent region.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct independent research integrating findings with internal sources and leveraging technical knowledge to build consistent asset analysis.
- Provide expert estimations and insights based on data, information, and analysis carried out.
- Communicate complex ideas and present work in a clear, structured manner to clients and stakeholders.
This is a critical role that requires strong analytical and quantitative skills, as well as excellent communication abilities. If you have a passion for petroleum geology, engineering, or economics, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements:- BSc or MSc in petroleum geology, engineering, or economics.
- Previous experience in an operating company or as an upstream researcher/analyst is highly desirable.
- Highly analytical and quantitative ability to critically review inputs, calculations, and outputs.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic, able to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
- Knowledge of petroleum geology, discounted cash flow models, petroleum economics, and relevant software is advantageous.
