Job Title: Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, managing inventory, implementing loss prevention measures, and providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire employees to achieve sales targets and meet high standards of store management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily store operations, including managing inventory, receiving shipments, and maintaining visual merchandising displays.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive communication, resolving customer complaints, and promoting products and services.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales associates, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Maintain a safe and secure work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, and implementing loss prevention measures as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations, including marketing, finance, and human resources.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to motivate and inspire employees, experience in inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry.
