Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Incentive Compensation Associate to support our clients in the pharmaceutical industry.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective incentive compensation plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with regulations.

This role requires a strong understanding of corporate, product strategy and operational/compliance constraints to deliver IC plans that drive desirable behavior and produce performance.

The associate will also assist in call planning and targeting strategies by leveraging data-driven insights and market intelligence to optimize sales force effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for goal setting, IC design, and implementation of effective incentive compensation admin processes for the sales field.
  • Utilize SQL and advanced Excel skills to analyze sales data, evaluate performance metrics, and generate insightful reports for sales operations and management.
  • Assist in call planning and targeting strategies by leveraging data-driven insights and market intelligence to optimize sales force effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Life Sciences, etc.).
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on IC design and operations or call plan and targeting.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Knowledge of call planning and targeting methodologies, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales force effectiveness.
