Compensation and Benefits Specialist

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation program design and development, with experience in international benefits and compensation programs.
Job DescriptionThe Compensation and Benefits Specialist will be responsible for providing guidance on the development and delivery of effective compensation programs and policies that support our business and talent strategies. This includes analyzing existing programs to ensure they are competitive, cost-effective, and valued by employees. Additionally, the Specialist will ensure that compensation and benefits practices are in compliance with local laws and regulations, aligned to our company strategy and business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal communication
- Ability to work non-core business hours to collaborate with global teams
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills with ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence across levels
- 5 years of solid experience in compensation program design and development, preferably in a global organization
