Senior Influencer Marketing Executive Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Influencer Outreach & Campaign Management:

  • Content Strategy & Execution:
    • Collaborate with influencers to create authentic, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
    • Ensure that content adheres to brand guidelines and is optimized for performance.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Track and analyze campaign performance including reach, engagement, and ROI metrics.
    • Provide detailed reports and insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with product and creative teams to align influencer activities with marketing objectives.
    • Coordinate with agencies to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis:
    • Stay updated on the latest trends in influencer marketing and the industry.
    • Identify emerging influencers and innovative campaign ideas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing preferably in the industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscape.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in using influencer marketing tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Passion for beauty skincare and wellness products.
