Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist - Influencer Outreach, you will be responsible for identifying and collaborating with influencers to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

This role involves:

  • Strategic influencer identification: Utilize data-driven methods to identify influencers who align with our brand's target audience and campaign objectives.
  • Influencer outreach and relationship building: Establish and nurture relationships with influencers through personalized communication to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Negotiation and contract management: Lead negotiations with influencers to secure favorable terms and agreements for campaign collaborations.
  • Content collaboration and quality assurance: Collaborate closely with influencers to develop compelling content that meets quality standards and campaign objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of successfully executing influencer campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with influencers and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and experience managing contracts and agreements.
