The Role

Karur Vysya Bank (KVB) and TVS Training & Services (TVS TS) are recruiting for the role of Branch Sales & Service Executive for KVB. This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established brand in Retail Banking and work with a company that has a solid track record of success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote bank products and services to generate new customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and deepen relationships with existing customers.
  • Support the branch in carrying out day-to-day operations in line with compliance requirements.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the branch head to ensure smooth functioning.

Ideal Candidate

  • Post Graduate with 60% through regular mode.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Retail Banker within Retail Banking.
  • Strong team player with excellent analytical skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in changing environments.
  • Willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
