Channel Sales and Renewal Manager
Job Description:This is a key role that involves managing a network of channel partners to drive renewals and upgrades, focusing on partner relationship management, sales growth, and retention strategies to maximize revenue from existing customers. The Channel Sales and Renewal Manager will be responsible for delivering AOP targets for the vertical, building and strengthening relationships with partners across India, enabling them to achieve their renewal and upsell targets, and monitoring and optimizing renewal %, cost per renewal/upgrade, and partner performance metrics, including base growth for partner.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Renewal & Upgrade Business by managing the complete lifecycle of customers through channel partners
- Deliver AOP targets for the vertical
- Channel Partner Management & Development: Build and strengthen relationships with partners across India, enabling them to achieve their renewal and upsell targets
- Sales & Performance Tracking: Monitor and optimize renewal %, cost per renewal/upgrade, and partner performance metrics, including base growth for partner
- Team Management: Hire, train, and manage a team responsible for executing the channel sales & renewal strategy
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics to identify churn risks, upsell opportunities, and process improvements
- Strong partner management experience, with a track record of driving revenue through channel sales
- Analytical & Data-Driven ability to derive insights from data to inform business decisions
- Excellent sales acumen with an understanding of partner & customer behavior
- Team Management & Leadership Skills capable of hiring, training, and managing a high-performance team
- Process-Oriented & Strategic Thinking ability to build scalable partner engagement models
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving revenue through channel sales, excellent sales acumen with an understanding of partner and customer behavior, and analytical and data-driven ability to derive insights from data to inform business decisions.
