Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic outreach.

The role involves managing client and channel partner relationships, delivering project presentations, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth pre- and post-sales processes. We are looking for a self-driven, target-focused, and adaptable individual who can represent our company in a professional and presentable manner at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively connect with direct clients and channel partners through regular calls, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Conduct in-person project presentations, walkthroughs, and client briefings
  • Deliver training sessions to channel partners at their offices or onsite to enhance product understanding
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth pre- and post-sales processes
  • Represent the company in a professional and presentable manner at all times

Candidate Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales (mandatory)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident in handling presentations, client discussions, and training sessions
  • Well-groomed and professional appearance
  • Comfortable with local travel for meetings, site visits, and partner engagement
  • Self-driven, target-focused, and adaptable
