Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Real Estate Analyst with a strong background in accounting and finance. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the hospitality real estate sector, utilizing your expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and asset management.

  • Financial Modeling & Analysis: Create dynamic pro forma models using Excel, refine existing models, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
  • Underwriting & Deal Assessment: Conduct thorough underwriting of new deals across various CRE assets, ensuring robust financial validation and alignment with the company's growth strategy.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze rent rolls, operating memoranda, T12s, and market comps to derive meaningful insights and inform investment decisions.
  • Asset Management Support: Monitor performance, compile detailed reports, and drive asset management strategies across various portfolio types.
  • Investor Communications: Prepare clear, concise investment memos, investor updates, and performance dashboards that meet the needs of our investors.
  • Strategic Insights: Provide strategic support for acquisition, development, and asset management initiatives, contributing to the company's long-term growth and profitability.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3 – 5 years in CRE underwriting/investment analysis, preferably in the hospitality sector, with a strong accounting and finance foundation.
  • Hospitality Expertise: Prior experience in hospitality real estate, with a deep understanding of key metrics such as P&L, REVPAR, ADR, and occupancy.
  • Asset Management: Proven ability to monitor asset performance and compile reports that drive strategic decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written English skills for crafting nuanced, investor-focused updates and communications.
  • Proactivity & Innovation: Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving market conditions, enhance existing financial models, and identify opportunities for growth.
