Our company is seeking an accomplished Site Reliability Engineer to drive operational excellence by implementing best practices and solving complex technical challenges.

About the Role:

  • Monitoring & Maintenance: Implement and maintain monitoring tools and dashboards for system health, performance, and capacity planning to ensure seamless operations.
  • Automation: Develop and implement automation for repetitive tasks, including deployments, scaling, and maintenance, to minimize manual intervention and optimize efficiency.
  • Incident Response: Respond to incidents, lead post-incident analysis, and drive efforts to prevent recurrences through detailed root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Performance Enhancement: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in infrastructure, databases, applications, and networking to ensure optimal system performance.
  • System Design & Architecture: Collaborate with development teams to design systems that are highly scalable, fault-tolerant, and optimized for performance and cost.
  • CICD Pipelines: Build and maintain CICD pipelines to automate deployments and improve delivery cycles, ensuring timely and efficient product releases.
  • Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans, ensuring that systems are resilient and capable of fast recovery in case of failures or disasters.
  • Capacity Planning: Monitor and forecast resource utilization and implement cost-effective scaling strategies to meet business demands.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure that all systems meet or exceed security and compliance requirements to protect sensitive data and maintain regulatory adherence.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems and processes, providing mentorship and sharing knowledge with team members to foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement monitoring and maintenance strategies to ensure system uptime and performance
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline repetitive tasks and minimize manual intervention
  • Analyze and respond to incidents, driving efforts to prevent recurrences and improving overall system reliability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement high-performing systems and architecture
  • Maintain and improve CICD pipelines to automate deployments and enhance delivery cycles
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of failures or disasters
