Chief Data Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Data Officer to oversee and maintain our records across Excel/Google Sheets, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Regularly update records across Excel/Google Sheets, guaranteeing data accuracy and consistency.
  • Report Generation: Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management using advanced Excel tools, such as Pivot Tables and formulas, to analyze and summarize data trends.
  • Process Automation: Develop automated templates and dashboards for repetitive data management tasks, leveraging Excel-based automation tools like Macros (if applicable).
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various departments to collect, organize, and share critical data, addressing data-related challenges.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance current data management processes, suggesting improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Thorough knowledge of Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, COUNT, SUM, etc.).
  • Familiarity with creating and managing Pivot Tables for data analysis.
  • Knowledge of Macros (preferred but not mandatory).
  • JavaScript or Apps Script expertise is necessary.
  • A background in Mathematics or analytical problem-solving is beneficial.
  • Ability to organize, analyze, and present data accurately and efficiently.

Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Chief Data Officer or Data Management Executive.
