Job Overview:

As a technical professional, you will be responsible for designing and implementing various technical systems, including hardware, software, networks, and infrastructure. You will assess business requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop solutions that meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and Implementing Technical Systems: Develop and implement technical systems to support business operations.
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to end-users, diagnosing and resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- System Maintenance and Upgrades: Perform regular system checks, apply updates and patches, and proactively identify areas for improvement to enhance system efficiency and reliability.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong technical knowledge in areas such as systems administration, networking, hardware, and software
- Proficiency in operating systems, such as Windows, Linux, or Unix
- Familiarity with programming languages and scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
- Knowledge of network protocols, security, and firewalls
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to evolving technologies
