AireSpring is seeking a highly skilled Telecom Revenue Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of carrier invoices, analyzing revenue leakage, and resolving billing disputes.

About You

We are looking for an individual with at least 2 years of experience in revenue assurance or a related field. You should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas. Experience with telecom revenue cycles, billing processes, provisioning, and billing cycles is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze carrier invoices and identify revenue leakage opportunities
  • Responsible for reconciling carrier invoices, margin analysis, and carrier billing disputes
  • Verify data accuracy and maintain records in accordance with standard procedures
  • Assist team members with projects as needed
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 2+ years of experience in revenue assurance or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage projects and timelines
What We Offer

AireSpring offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development. Our team works with US team hours, and we provide a dynamic and supportive work environment.
