We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team in the field of technical support and installation. Our ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing products at customer locations, as well as providing on-site technical support and training. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting issues efficiently and resolving warranty complaints in a timely manner.

The job requires frequent travel to customer sites across India, and the selected candidate must be willing to adapt to different working environments and situations. A strong customer-first mindset is essential for this role, as is the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain products at customer locations.
  • Provide on-site technical support and training.
  • Diagnose issues efficiently and resolve warranty complaints.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and quick resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates welcome.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, or railway industry preferred.
