Job Overview

The Center Head is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a daycare and preschool center, ensuring exceptional care and education for children aged 0-6 years.

This role requires a strong leader who can coach team members to achieve high performance, set behavior standards, and deliver world-class customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety and Compliance: Continuously improve safety practices, policies, and behaviors to maintain a culture of safety and compliance.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Coach team members to achieve high performance, set behavior standards, and deliver world-class customer service.
  • Care and Education: Ensure high-quality care and education, maintaining regulatory assessments and internal audits.
  • Nursery Strategy: Develop and execute a nursery strategy to outperform key performance indicators.
  • Client Meetings: Attend client meetings as required.

Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Early Years Qualification (Early Years Degree desirable)
  • Commercial Acumen: Sound commercial understanding and skills
  • Performance Coaching: Powerful performance coaching skills
  • Communication: Collaborative, decisive, analytical, planning, and strategy skills
  • Quality Focus: Uncompromising on quality and excellence
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and English language skills
