As a creative leader, you will define the visual identity and artistic direction for our slot games. We're seeking an experienced individual to oversee the artistic concept, brand-aligned visuals, and ensure high-quality execution of art assets.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in graphic design, composition, color theory, and style development, as well as experience managing multidisciplinary teams.

The responsibilities include:

  • Creative Vision: Establish the overarching creative and artistic direction for all slot games.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with game producers, designers, and animation directors to integrate visual elements into gameplay.
  • Concept Development: Present mood boards, style guides, and creative concepts that define the look, feel, and tone of each game.
  • Art Oversight: Ensure timely delivery of high-quality 2D/3D art assets while maintaining creative standards.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the art and design teams, fostering creativity, innovation, and skill development.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Visual Arts, Game Art, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in game creative leadership, preferably in slot or casino games, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
