About the Opportunity:
We're seeking a skilled and experienced Video Producer/Director who can take ownership of video projects from concept to delivery. This leadership role involves overseeing both cinematographers and editors, managing on-ground shoots across locations, and collaborating with internal stakeholders for smooth execution.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys traveling, directing real-world content, and managing project lifecycles with clarity and creative control.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end production pipeline management.
- Leading and coordinating field cinematography and in-house editing teams.
- Planning, directing, and executing shoots across multiple locations.
- Scripting, shoot scheduling, and crew coordination.
- Collaborating with stakeholders for approvals, shoot requirements, and feedback.
- Ensuring smooth execution, quality control, and timely delivery of every video.
Requirements:
- Good experience in video production, direction, or creative project management.
- Strong command over shoot planning, visual storytelling, and project timelines.
- Ability to handle dynamic on-ground environments with lean teams.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills with both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and autonomous decision-making in the field.
