Job Title: Visual Content Creator

We're seeking an experienced Visual Content Creator to bring our brand to life through compelling video content.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for shaping our visual narrative and ensuring every piece aligns with our mission effectively.

  • Collaborate closely with the content and production team to craft engaging stories through video.
  • Execute seamless transitions, sound syncing, and pacing to retain viewer attention.
  • Handle post-production tasks including color correction, sound design, and visual effects.
  • Integrate text overlays, music, SFX, and B-roll to enrich storytelling.
  • Maintain consistent visual identity and align with our evolving brand tone.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design custom animations: intros/outros, lower-thirds, animated transitions, and dynamic overlays.
  2. Use motion graphics to reinforce messaging and elevate the final creative output.
  3. Contribute to animated explainers, reels, social teasers, and other formats when required.
  4. Create on-brand static creatives for events, campaigns, paid ads, and social media.
  5. Design engaging thumbnails and covers that drive clicks and clarity.
  6. Develop responsive YouTube channel assets, banners, and layout elements for both desktop and mobile.
  7. Support marketing, branding, or product teams with visual content as needed.
  8. Stay plugged into emerging visual styles, editing formats, memes, and platform trends.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and timing in video editing.
  • Knowledge of color grading, sound editing, and visual effects.
  • Attention to detail and creativity in crafting visually appealing and engaging videos.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in video editing, particularly in short films, long-form content, or documentaries.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of edited video work, including both short and long formats.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adhering to tight deadlines.
