Senior ServiceNow Engineer Position

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Engineer to join our dynamic IT team.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across IT and business units to deliver scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that support enterprise service management strategy.
  • Manage upgrade projects, platform migrations, and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions and manage stakeholder expectations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD etc).
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and how they align with ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Java / JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Deep expertise in ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, UI Builder, Custom Apps / Widgets, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data model, CMDB design, and Discovery.
  • Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, MID Server configuration, and custom integrations.
  • Familiarity with Performance / Platform Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboards.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
