ServiceNow ITOM Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow ITOM developer to fill a critical role in our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of the IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules within the ServiceNow platform.

This position involves implementing and configuring ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, Orchestration, Service Mapping, and Cloud Management. You will also be responsible for customizing and enhancing ServiceNow ITOM applications, developing integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, and maintaining the CMDB to ensure accuracy and completeness.

You will work closely with operational teams to configure Event Management and set up alerts and remediation flows. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITOM. They will have a strong understanding of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting is also required.
