ServiceNow Platform Maintenance Professional

Our organization seeks a skilled ServiceNow Support Specialist to deliver high-quality technical support and system maintenance services. This position requires an individual with expertise in the ServiceNow platform, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and resolve complex issues related to the ServiceNow platform in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and system upgrades to ensure seamless operation of the ServiceNow platform.
- Provide exceptional support to end-users by addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to achieve seamless integration and operation of the ServiceNow platform.
- Evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the ServiceNow support operations.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required for this role.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology operations, with a focus on system administration and support.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow, help desk processes, applications, networking, Office 365, and Azure is essential for success in this position.
- Familiarity with IT security policies and regulations is also necessary to ensure compliance.
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred, but not mandatory.
