We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our innovative team at QuickReply.ai, a market-leading WhatsApp marketing automation platform. As an SDR, you will be responsible for full-cycle sales, from lead generation to closing deals.

About the Role

In this role, you will develop and manage a pipeline of potential clients through outbound and inbound lead generation, delivering qualified opportunities to the sales team. You will perform outbound sales activities such as cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn/WhatsApp outreach, lead follow-ups, sales qualifications, and offer detailed product information.

Key responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to negotiation and closure. You will build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to maximize client retention and growth. Conduct product demonstrations to illustrate the value of QuickReply.ai in driving effective WhatsApp marketing.

You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns. Understand customer needs and requirements, and tailor solutions to address these effectively. Provide feedback to the product team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. Accurately track and report sales activities and forecasts to senior management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, strong negotiation skills, and an understanding of the SaaS landscape in a high-velocity sales environment.

Experience in lead generation and business development is essential. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are required. Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities. Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite is also necessary. Experience selling marketing technology is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

Salary Estimate:
