About the Role
As a customer support specialist for hotel bookings, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting with reservations, modifications, and cancellations, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining professionalism at all times.
This role is ideal for individuals who excel in customer engagement, problem-solving, and technical support for international clients.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a minimum of 6 months of BPO experience.
You will work on rotational shifts and off days, with cab facility provided for employees.
We are looking for candidates who can effectively address concerns, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
