Direct Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced Direct Sales Professional to join our team in Bangalore. As a key member of our Direct Sales team, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships and driving revenue growth.
Your primary objective will be to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed sales targets. This includes gaining a deep understanding of customers' business needs and developing solutions that address those needs.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across the organization and provide regular updates on sales performance. Your ability to build strong relationships with decision-makers and drive sales growth will be crucial to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed sales targets
- Build strong customer relationships and understand their business needs
- Develop solutions that address customer needs and drive revenue growth
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across the organization
Requirements:
- 8-12 years of experience selling technology solutions
- Extraordinary customer management and strategic selling skills
- Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions tackle business problems
- Strong communication, collaboration, and executive presentation skills
Estimated Salary: ₹120,000 - ₹180,000 per annum
