Job Description

We're seeking a visionary Sales Director to join our Founder's Office team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy, driving growth, and establishing a robust presence in the market.

Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy Development:
    • Collaborate with our founder and senior leadership to create a sales strategy aligned with our company goals and objectives.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential growth opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  2. Team Leadership:
    • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
    • Establish clear goals, provide guidance, and drive accountability to ensure the team achieves and exceeds sales targets.
  3. Building Relationships:
    • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Represent our company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance our brand's visibility.
  4. Data Analysis:
    • Collect and analyze data to generate insights for strategic decision-making in sales.
    • Assist in preparing reports and presentations based on data analysis.
  5. Sales Operations:
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department, including forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
    • Implement and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  6. Performance Analytics:
    • Utilize data-driven insights to assess sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
    • Regularly report on key sales metrics and present findings to our leadership team.
  7. Innovation and Adaptation:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging technologies to proactively adjust sales strategies.
    • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the sales team.
  8. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate across departments for cohesive customer acquisition and satisfaction.
