Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to join our team at International Travel House Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and consistently deliver on sales performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.
  • Proactively assess and validate customer needs, working closely with internal stakeholders to develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and competitor activity to ensure our offerings remain competitive and aligned with client needs.
  • Lead the account planning process, collaborating with internal teams to identify opportunities for growth and implementing targeted initiatives to drive business expansion.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6-10 years' experience in travel sales and client management, preferably in a traditional TMC environment.
  • Strong business acumen, including experience in advising and interacting at an executive level, as well as excellent relationship management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with proven negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with sales pipeline and forecasting CRM tools, such as Salesforce.com.
