Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our team and oversee daily operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies in collaboration with the team.
  • Monitor job progress, conduct site visits, and ensure timely completion.
  • Handle construction completions, interact with clients, and process AMT submissions.
  • Manage client payments and enforce adherence to safety and quality standards.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Work closely with sales staff to meet customer requirements.
  • Review project meetings to monitor progress.
  • Provide field education training to maintain a safe working environment.
Safety and Quality Assurance
  • Conduct field safety audits and develop site safety plans.
  • Maintain high-quality work while adhering to safety protocols.
Leadership and Organization Skills
  • Coordinate material deliveries from suppliers.
  • Forecast and schedule labor resources for successful project completion.
  • Analyze situations and develop contingency plans.
Required Qualifications
  • Degree or diploma in an engineering discipline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
