Florencia Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled International Sales Manager to lead our global sales initiatives. This role encompasses managing international tenders, coordinating product registrations, and fostering strong relationships in both B2B and B2C markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new international market opportunities for our pharmaceutical products
  • Manage the tender process for international bids and submissions
  • Oversee product registrations in various countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations
  • Engage with clients to promote products and gather feedback to refine our sales strategy
  • Create and execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue from international markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, healthcare providers, and government agencies
  • Monitor market trends and conduct competitor analysis to inform sales initiatives
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, market feedback, and opportunities for improvement

Requirements

  • Proven experience in export sales or international sales, particularly in the pharmaceuticals industry
  • Strong understanding of tender processes and product registration
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C sales environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with international trade regulations and compliance
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, International Relations, or related field
